This standard is the data cable quality acceptance criterion, to ensure the data cable design and produce meet the quality requirements, make sure product quality, provide the judgment standard for the inspection;
The standard will be applied to data cable's quality evaluation and sampling inspection for all USB Cable products ;

Vernier Caliper, Hardness Meter, Projective Tester, Vibration Tester, Tension Meter, Pressure Meter, Torque Meter, Salt Tester, Swing Tester, Free Fall Tester, Insertion and Draw Tester, Temperature Chamber.
5.1 Working condition
Working temperature range :-20ºC~65ºC
Atmospheric pressure:70 KPa~106 KPa
Store Temperature: -40ºC~70ºC
5.2 Appearance requirement
The data cable appearance should be good, no obvious nick, deformed, no plating peel off, no rusty metal and other damage. Plastic part should not be bubbly, broken, deformed and other damage. The spring snaps should be installed correctly. The connection between data cable and mobile phone should be convenient, and should not be loose; the connector shoulder should be insert molding.

6.1 Free fall drop test
Test equipment:20mm 20mm floor slab
1)Electrical function is good, and the plastic should not be broken.
6.2 Tensile strength test
Test equipment: Tension meter;
1)Tension under 5KG strength on the two ends of the data cable;
2)Retain 60 seconds.
1)The function should be good, and the damage happened on core wire should not be over 20%, cable skin should not be cracked ,deformed and broken down;
6.3 Plug insertion and pull out test
1)Plug insertion and pull out machine;
2)Test cycle: 3000 times , speed: 40time/minute;
Test requirement: after 2000 times, check it per 500time;
1) No soldering issue, No damage on the plug and metal holder, the electrical function is ok
2) The connection between plug and socket should not be loose, and this strength can support the weight of handset;
6.10 Swing test
1) Hang 200g object on the data cable, sway all angle 60 degree, cycle 3000times, 20times/minute
All function should be ok, no mechanical damages or other appearance failure; the connection strength between data cable and handset should not be loose.
